Purchased and paid.. NO DOWNLOAD LINK received! What to do after?

    Hello everyone,

    I just purchased the Developer package + Installation. I was expecting to be able to download the script/template using a link that I was going to receive, but I still did not receive anything. Not even a confirmation of my purchase.
    Will I be able to download the script/package to back it up? And, will I get a receipt/confirmation email?
    Would be great if an Admin can get back to me to install the package, I got everything ready.
    I would also like to be able to download what I purchased please.

    - request support through the support ticket system.
