    My advice is dump the wysiwyg editors and just get your self a copy of CODA for the Mac. Editing and FTP done in style at a reasonable price. What you need to grasp from the links Larry posted is that there is a structure and a style. These work hand in hand to display what you see. Then over the top of this is an ability to change the content dynamically so each page can be different. It is not a program designed to be manipulated via wysiwyg editors. It is about code and editing that code to shape the site as you want it to be.
