Please approve payment

    Hi,

    CAn someone please approve a payment that was made about 30 minurtes ago, as i am on a deadline to get this up and running in afew hours for beta testing.

    Seems like this has happened to me also lol. I paid about 3 hours 50 minutes ago and its still saying awaiting payment. Could you take a look please?

    Yer Blair approved it. Many thanks, as said int he other thread I didn't realise it was a manual process. I thought it was automated hence wondering if it had gone wrong.

    No worries though, its all done and im already in the process of setting it up lol.

    You purchased the Hosted version of our product. In response, I sent an email requesting further information so that we could begin the process of creating your account and installing the system therein.

    I suspect you will need to look in you "Spam" folder. Once the email is found, please add us as a contact.
