We Got Pets I just wrapped up most of the customization to launch the new site. This site has been around for 10 years originally using modified dating software. 68classifieds was the only script that fit my needs at a reasonable price. I have added the Freecap Captcha module and I wrote an Article Manager for more content. Please let me know what you think.
68C is definitely a great choice for your pets site. I personally prefer the reCaptcha module over the Freecap...from what I've experienced, it has stopped way more spammers. The module is also free to download and use through your customer login. I like that you've implemented articles...why don't you try some sharing tools for others to share your content. AddThis has amazing tools for this and its all free to use. Good luck and all the best with your new site!
Just added a social sharing bar integrated into the Article Manager. It dynamicly pulls the URL and title. Check the bottom of any article - http://www.wegotpets.com/articles.php
