Newsletter- unsubscribe without request bug.

    Hi ,

    i am running: v4.1.2 Developer


    i do have problem with my newsletter subscribers members,, the site/script will randomly unsubscribe members from the newsletter without subscribers requests on daily basis.

    any idea which script is triggering this???? or how to fix this bug?

    First thing I would strongly recommend is upgrading your script to the current version...that could quite likely solve your problems.

    i am planning to upgrade it but not soon, i just need to fix this issue at the moment.

    I don't know what would be causing the problem...though I know many things have been fixed since the version that you are running.

    If you won't be updating soon, I highly recommend using a 3rd party mail supplier for your newsletter subscribers. Some very good options are Campaign Monitor or MailChimp.
