V4.1.x News module not sending in UTF-8

    Hey everyone,

    I sent a newsletter today using the newsletter module, it was my first time using it so I sent a copy of the newsletter to myself and it appears that it is not sending my newsletter in UTF-8 format. I quickly checked through the newsletter module and have not found anything related to letter encoding.

    I did not find any headers in any of the modules files nor any sort of encoding.
