    [Modification] Turn off Requiring Price by Category (in progress)

    This Modification has been completed. 68c site owners can now turn off price per category.

    For some of us, a portion of our site income will be coming from business's/suppliers that specialize in our particular niche.

    Its possible to create a category that allows those business's/suppliers to list information about their business and its location, along with pics, phone number, etc.

    And you could charge a small premium for this listing, featured, bold, highlight etc, and let it run for, lets say a year. Now not only can they list their products, but they list their business information in a competitive way.


    This could be used in my case for cleanly allowing dealership advertising in the form of listings, or it could be used to setup a personals type site etc., where the price field isnt needed in certain categories. Right now with stock 68c you can only hide the price field sitewide, or input n/a or similar, or it has to be hard coded per category, with this MOD, it will be much cleaner.

    BTW, Im looking for 1 BETA tester for this mod. If your interested drop me a line/pm/ or post here.

    From what I can tell, this should work straight away, but it never hurts to double check.

    I ask that the person has at least 4.0.9 developer and has prior knowledge of editing code.

    This modification should take between 5-15 minutes to incorporate, depending on your knowledge.

    Person will get all updates free as a token of my appreciation.
