v4.2.3 Developer Purplicious Under Manage Users, when i search by username or ID, the search feature doesn't seem to work -- or I don't understand how to use it properly. Under Manage Orders, username seems not to work. When you pull an ID # in Manage Orders or Manage Listings, and try to use it to search in the Manage Users window, it doesn't seem to work. Can you please help me sort out which features function or what I am misunderstanding? It can be very frustrating attempting to find a listing for a user when they don't remember all the details or didn't enter data in every field. Thanks - Karen
Not sure why you would wish to search on ID number as you can go to it directly by ordering the list. Seems to be a bug in manage orders - it does not find it for me either. Manage listings seems ok. Manage users ok. When you are searching on manage users it is looking at the address too and that is why you may appear to get what you think is a strange result but in fact it is not. The word could be in their address. Well that is how it is working for me.
