    Hi,

I have looked at the forum and tried all of the following and the problem still persists:

Matched the licence key to the one in my classifieds.php file

Created an empty file and called it key.php

However, I am still not able to resolve this issue. Can I have help please?

Double check and make sure that you have done exactly the following:

Step 1. Verify that the license number in your customer account matches the license number defined in your Connections/classifieds.php file.

Step 2. Make sure you upload a blank key.php file to the following directory "license/key.php"

If this doesn't work, you may need to submit a ticket.

That is quite odd. As you are a "new member" here, perhaps you could let us know what version of the script you are using and maybe a link to your site.

I think it is the 4.24 version.

    my site is www.mauritius-property.net

I have provided ftp details, which support has requested.

I tried to make some changes through phpmyadmin.

But I want the control panel so as to make other changes. !!

You still do NOT have a key.php file in your license directory.

I followed the following and later deleted the key.php file

Hash incorrect. Please try the following to try and resolve this:
    • Please visit 68 Classifieds customer area and update your license with the appropriate domain name.
    • Delete the file license/key.php and reload this page.
    • If that does not work please contact 68 Classifieds for support.
That is why I deleted it.
I have tried putting it there again, but still no solution!
