Its been almost 4 hours but No Download Available.

I bought your product almost 4 hours ago and paid via paypal. But in my download area there is no link available to download the product. I have payment proof while went through my order in customer panel, what I see is that awaiting payment.
What is this I am really worried and extremely tensed right now. Because I have paid $149.99 and I don't have any download links. Please help me out. I have submitted tickets with the same query twice but still no response from 68classifieds.com. Please help me out.
