Include php and assign variable

I have purchased a simple bookmark script to allow people to save pages when they aren't logged in.

I have to put this code above my page:

But what is this code in smarty language?
I k now how to include a php, but how to assign the variable.
I tried it by placing it between {php} .. {/php} but that does not work,.
