How we are moving forward!

    As some of you may know we have lost all our orders from this year. We are putting all new sales on hold until we can get them inputted back into our system. With every order I did receive an email notification that just included the amount, order number, and the name. But this didn't include the usernames.

    So in order to get these accounts set back up as quickly as possible I am working on creating a way for you to fill out a short form to help us get your information. I know it is bad asking for you to do this and we are very sorry.

    To show our appreciation of you being a customer we are going to allow any one that has purchased from us to get free support and upgrades for life. Normally this was the small $29.99 yearly fee.

    Once this system is setup I will send out an email to everyone that I have an email address for and also make a new thread.

    Just when I thought support doesn't get better than this... Wham! You prove me wrong.

    My purchase was made prior to the 29-03 but is listed as Apr 8th, 2006 due to the data loss. Can you help me out?

    I am just after a working copy of v3 or whatever is available - I have had problems with ionCube after moving hosts. Any help would be much appreciated.

    You are joking arent you? This thread started 3 years ago when there was data lost. The support was given to offset hassle to customers AT THAT TIME.

    I am closing this thread. Any one that was a customer before the date of this topic is entitled to free updates and support for life. Everyone else will have to pay for upgrades and renewal.
