Forum Restructuring

We decided to restructure our forums to make it easier to find and get support. Now all tech support is under one section and should prevent you from having to search around.

Another new feature is that we are going to start closing old threads. If you come across a thread that is closed it will include a link to open a new related topic.

All this is done in an effort to make these forums more manageable and easier to use.
