Custom Please describe in detail the issue you are having: Is it possible for someone to have purchased a featured ad when posting an ad, then the ad would expire and if the user renews it, it automatically becomes featured again for free? Because a user published a featured ad today and I have received no payments and the featured ad amount was not added in my income either. The ad was published May 6, and I am guessing it was renewed today. I could use some clarification on this. Thanks!
I think that a post was made about this or something similar some time ago but I can't find it - perhaps worth doing a search. It may well be something that was fixed in version 4.2.3
John said it would be fixed in version 4.2.2. But I am unsure if this is related to my issue, I could not manage to find anything else on the forums. Okay thanks for looking into it. This is the first time it has happened to me, so I did not get a chance to study all the facts as I was not expecting it to happen. If it happens again I will have more information so we can narrow out the bug (if there is one).
