Extra Fields updating to top value when changing category in Admin

    Whenever I go to edit a listing in my admin section, and change the category, all of the extra fields I have set up change to the value in the top of each pull down list. When testing this, even values that had been selected when creating the ad (age for instance, a required field in my set up), changed to the first value in the list (18). Values that were not required (hair color, for instance) and hence had no selection, would also change to the value that is first in the list. The tile, price, url, and description all remain ok.

    Is there an existing thread on this? I am sorry I could not find anything when searching.

    Extra fields are specifically assigned to a category, so its assumed that if you change the category there is a very good likely hood the extra fields from the old cat may no longer apply or even exist.

    Best bet would be to make sure you document ad contents before changing the category so you can reenter the data as needed.
