Extra Fields not showing up

    Hello,

    I have a total of 6 extra fields, 3 of them show up, 3 do not.

    I would like all of them to show up- when a user places an ad and when an ad is viewed. It seems as many as desired can be added while in Admin, under Categories/Extra Fields but only three will show up at any given time.

    Don't know if this is specific to Templatecodes Neo2 or just the newer version of 68C. This worked fine in V3.10.

    Any replies are much appreciated!

    I doubt this has anything to do with your template. It is most likely that you haven't assigned your extra fields to the category(ies) that you are wanting them to be displayed in and/or the "Field Seen In Listing" is set to "No".

    all assigned

    They are all assigned to specific categories, all 6 of them assigned to the same categories.

    On Viewlisting, there are only two "Extra Fields" available to display.

    Note, this was a database upgrade from V3.10 to V 4.10 if that makes any difference.

    * Display Email No

    * URL Yes

    * Extra 2 Yes

    * Extra 3 Yes

    There is probably a way to add more than 3 Extra fields(to view) but I don't know how. "URL" is the fourth Extra Field and it does not show

    Those are NOT category extra fields that you are showing in your post. those are registration extra fields. You can't assign registration fields to categories. Perhaps you should spend some time with the online documentation.

    I'm a dummy

    Thanks Mike, I'm an idiot.

    It does work when creating a new ad, it just has to be filled out to be visible. Dohhh!

    It was all setup and working, just not mandatory fields.

    Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    No problem. I'm glad you got it sorted out.
