The easiest way to achieve this would be to use php to modify the database entries or do you mean for every advert as they get added.

I am trying to Bump Ad Back to The First Page for 7 days . It will check the ads according to their rank. A message would be sent to the advertiser to enable it to place it's ad at the top. I'm only at the beginning of the module.
