Cyrilic and SEO friendly URL's Mod

Hello, i bought 68 Classifieds v.4.1.6 Developer and SEO mod v2.1.1 before a week.
My site is at bulgarian languages, i am using charset UTF-8 and Cyrillic alphabet. Today i tryed to activate SEO friendly Url's, but it don't work.
404 error page
is there something that i must to change to enable this module to work with Cyrillic?

Is there something special, how to enable this module to work with Cyrillic?

Can you double check you uploaded the .htaccess file and renamed it?

That was good point , I have uploaded 1.htaccess and renamed it directly from cpanel file manager and now it's work

but.
Here, when my classifieds title is at cyrilic, the letters are gone

Now i added 2 others categories, seems when slug is from Cyrillic letters it doesn't use them

Can you write out the category name not working here so I can do some testing with it?

I saw that 2 new versions has been released 4.1.7 and 4.1.8. But I don's see anything for this malfunction at version's release details. Is this fixed with latest version?
