[CPAINT Error] invalid HTTP response code '0'

Hi,
In step3 of the checkout i got this error

I have only seen this the once and no one has said anything about it, but i want to find out what it means and what i can do to ensure it wont happen again.

I haven't seen this either so I am not sure if I have any thing that may help. However maybe you lost a connection or the page couldn't be found at the time it was trying to pull the data. Honestly really not sure but if you can duplicate more than once then it may be a problem.

Yeah i have not seen it since.
Ill let you know if it happens again.
