Hello, This is just a tentative query as I am thinking about expanding and adding to my website and building up some sort of social community on it. My website is a horse classifieds website for horse loans and shares and what I was thinking about achieving was a community area where members can do various things. For example, perhaps start a blog about their share/loan horse that they found on the website, post pictures etc. Maybe a chatroom area/forum and a place where users can publish articles on horse-related topics. What I was wanting to know was if it would be possible to use the login someone uses for the 68 classifieds for all of these things? I am in no way knowledgable enough on my own to set this up so would be looking to employ someone to do it for me. But before I go ahead and start approaching someone with my idea I just wanted to make sure it was possible. Would it just be a case of sharing databases? Sorry if this is a very silly question!!
Someone has suggested to me that buddypress might be a useful tool for my website. Would it be possible to set this up alongside 68classifieds- sharing profiles and logins?
