Can I ask why ad being deleted?

I'm using Version 4.1.3 Developer

When my customers delete their ad, can I set up a drop down menu (or other means) to enquire why they are deleting their ad?
Perhaps I could have a selection of options eg. sold through other means, sold here on xxxx, changed mind etc

This isnt a integreted option, But theres a mod avaiable who does this.

The download is where he posted the link in the previous post, this mod is not free and you have to pay the third party module developer then he will send it to you after you have paid.
