Hi, my name is Thoriso Mashego from South Africa and I bought your software on 20 October 2011 through Paypal before the weekend so that I can build my site during this weekend. I have been trying to get the software to download and John has been nice but I am not happy. I have the payment proof on my side and this issue is a running issue that I see throughout this forum. I am patient but when I pay somebody overseas $200 and I get delays I do get worried. My support questions get me nowhere and I have to wait past the weekend for Blair to do what takes 10 seconds to do. This is truly frustrating and I am really disappointed in the delay which is normally a non-issue. I have been online for 5 years and even scam products have better response time during their launch phase. Please guys, I really like this product but get it together. This delay affects me a great deal more than you realize. I am under a deadline before December and I need to get promoting this new site. Thoriso Mashego
Sorry I am facing same problem and this not acceptable I will contact paypal and my bank to see how can stop the payment.
This happens now and then when a purchase is made and paypal doesn't properly send us the proof of payment. It can be resolved by submitting a support ticket and we can manually verify the purchase. If you've submitted a ticket and you've paid, have a little patience and we will get you what you've paid for. We are not out to rip somebody off.
