Just wanted to give a big "Thank You" to David, John, and the rest of the guys at TemplateCodes.
TALK ABOUT SUPPORT ...... I had just purchased 2 of their products, the TemplateCodes suite and the Image Uploader, as we really needed their new "Alternative Address Module" and their new "Image Uploader". We had an issue during the install, and upon submitting a Support Ticket, it wasn't 10 minutes, and one or more of their support staff was right there to help. And it wasn't just .... tell us what's wrong and we'll get back to you sometime with an answer ..... it was a continuous relay of emails, back and forth, until the issue was resolved completely. Now that's what I call support. I really feel good about purchasing their products, because I know they'll be right there eager to help, if I ever have a problem.
And to further show their commitment to their product, and to the entire 68Classified program ......
I had an issue at that same time with a second install of
68C, unrelated to their modules, and without hesitation, several of the guys jumped right in and the issue was resolved within a few minutes. They know their product, and they also know
68C very well.
I would recommend their products to everyone. They work, and they support them. I like that.
