Default Remove icons from nav list

Hello,

I'm trying to remove the icons to the left of the link under "Main Navigation" or any other subheading.

In V3.10, this was part of the default template (layout.tpl.php) , a little .gif link that looked like ">" that preceded any link. That was easy, something of a filename "arrow.gif" or such. Deleted, gone.

I do not see this in V4.10. Can someone tell me how to REMOVE it totally? I don't wish to change it, just remove it. Even simple <a href links that i create have a generic folder icon.

Much Thanks!

ps, i do use Templatecodes Neo2 but this is visible even in plain jane, 68C default templating.

Default

This is defined in the css style sheet for the template you are using. If you use Firefox with the free web developer you will be able to see what classes are being used on those links. You can then just edit your style sheet no to use a background image. Alternatively and a lot more complicated, you will need to go into the modules which produce those links and remove the class for them. For example, modules/templatezones/accordion.tpl is one file you will need to edit.

Default Found in CSS

Hi David,

I found those in CSS and have added (no) as you suggested. It removed the icons. Never thought they'd be listed as a background.

The plugin for FireFox is a great post-ftp inspection tool.

Thank you again for all the help!
