Does anyone see a huge advantage or disadvantage to having a view count and date added fields in a listing?

view count could be nice for the lister so they can see if a lot of folks are looking at their ad.

Date added field can be beneficial to the buyer to come degree since it shows them how long an ad has been on the sight, maybe give them leverage to make a best offer or something.

Yes its a nice idea to add view count to the userbrowselistings in particular. I don't tend to use it for public display.
