Is it possible to set-up an extra right collum to the (deepsea) Theme template? And how?

Yes by changing the layout.tpl file and the css necessary to style it. What you need to be aware of is this template was designed as a 2 column template. When you make changes, you need to be aware of the side effects that you may generate.
