Dave,

It might serve you well to learn or reference some basic HTML/XHTML and CSS. Here's a great place to learn and reference on the net W3 Schools

For an image:
<img src="path/to/your/image.jpg" border="0" width="xxx" height="xxx" alt="my image" />

If it is an image within a CSS call (class or id) in your CSS stylesheet.
Within the class "." or id "#" put this
border: none

Mike

Thanks for the link to some tuition I will have a good look have a a look at some help sites but found some of them really hard to get my head round

For someone as new to this as me, it's sometimes better to understand how things work by seeing the actual code ,and as you have shown me where it goes it's another thing I now know and is rolling about in the back of my head (let's hope it stays there)

Thanks again

Dave
