Limiting the height of featured border

Hello,

in home.tpl.php

<td height="150">
<br />
{feature_listings_horizontal number=1 cols=1 table_attr='width="150" style="border: 1px solid #000;"' td_attr='valign="middle" align="left"'}
<br />
</td>

I tried to limit the height by:
<td height="150">

or by
table_attr='height="150"

but it doesn't work.

Does someone know how?

How about:
td_attr='valign="middle" align="left"
changed to:
td_attr='valign="middle" align="left" height="150"
