Hello everyone!
I am new to the forums

I am following Larry's excellent template tutorial, but have ran into a bit of an obstacle. I am trying to get rid of the white space just below the "navigation" area (between the two red blocks of color), but can't seem to accomplish the task. I am sure it is a simple html issue, but I am still learning...
Would some one be kind enough to have a look at the source code on my home page and provide some insight?

Do you want the whole left side to be red? If so I think the issue is you have defined height's in the tables. Try removing all the height properties from the tables, tr's, and td's.

hmm.... when I tried that (providing I understood you correctly), it collapsed everything and the images no longer display correctly.
Have a look - I left it for now...

I just had another looks and it apears you have that section on a different table row which is causing it to push down.

It needs to be in the same table cell that holds the main navigation.
