Serious Images Problems converting from Fluid to Sigma

Hi
I Love the new face of Sigma design, but my images are now all chopped up & bottoms sliced away when being shown in the user listing page. Was perfect before in Fluid. It would appear I have to redo my general Image Settings in Admin. So far not coming up with correctness. What is other's experience for base settings for Sigma?

Also, Is there another file in the new Sigma which controls these settings?
