viewlisting2.tpl and viewlisting.tpl

I was wondering what the function is of viewlisting2.tpl? or what is the difference to viewlisting.tpl?
I use the Sigma templates. I changed the file name at my server from viewlisting2.tpl to viewlisting.tpl and every thing seems to work the same however the content of the files is different.

There is a slight difference in how the content is displayed (e.g image thumbnails vertically aligned as opposed to the slideshow). I would just keep it as standard in the template.

Ah the site didn't work any more correct!. The template was disabled

correct - we disable viewlisting.tpl or more correctly tell you not to do it as we supply viewlisting.tpl . Saves confusion. If you really want to see what they look like as supplied normally then set the default template.
