Default Changing language in modules

Hi !

I just purchased your great templates (Neo Series) + modules and, as the site will be in French, I'd like to change the language within the modules.

To be honest, I don't know much about php, so bare with me.

I get that I have to create a new file called "french.php" (I duplicated and renamed the "english.php"), in modules/templatecodes/language/ .

I uploaded "french.php", and now, when I change the "regional settings" in the admin panel to french, the front end is a total blank. (When I switch back to english, the site appears normally. If I delete the "french.php" file, and switch to french, the site appears normally except the expected "MOD_LANG_TEMPLATECODES_TEMPLATE_* shows)

Is there another file to modify ?

Thanks in advance.

Are you sure you just duplicated the english.php file and renamed it? Usually, if you are getting a blank page, it means something is wrong in the php file.

Ah, yes, I see. French uses a lot of apostrophes, this is messing with everything. Writing them ’ works much better.
Thanks, and sorry for wasting your time, Mike !

Yup that is it. If you need a french.php file I have much of it done which you can copy so you do not need to do as much translation. Just email me for it.
