Quick Checkout Issue

Hi

I am running with a Sigma Template and just upgraded from v4.1.10 to v4.2.

I have now noticed that there is an issue with the quick checkout module in the third step, when I fill in the listing details, when i click save, it wont continue on to the image upload and stops at that step.

Anyone else had this issue? Anyone know how to fix it?

If you look on our demo system My Classifieds Website, there is no issue as far as I can see. It is very likely that your hosting provider has changed your mod_security settings with regard to flash files. I would speak to them about that and make sure your site is whitelisted.

Do check you have the image upload module installed and activated and that you have not made any changes to the templatecodes modules. If you drop me a line by email with your admin control panel login details and FTP I will take a quick look.

Thanks for the quick response.

I would think it unlikely that it is a hosting issue as i doubt they changed mod_security settings at the same time I uploaded the update.

And I haven't made any changes to the templatecodes modules either, I just replaced the folders in the update and uploaded them.

I have a site backup before the upgrade and I might re-upload it and try the upgrade again. If all else fails, i'll contact you for further assistance.

Do ask your hosting provider. I see no reason why the module would stop working. It did not stop on our demo and test systems when we upgraded to 4.2. Something must have changed. you can go on our demo site and see it working.
