Please describe in detail the issue you are having:
Is it possible to host my test/development website on the web? Currently I have to host on localhost. Since I want to give access to other developers in some instances, I need to have web access to the test site. This test site would be password restricted and won't be access to the public.
Can I do this under y existing license? What do I need to do to do this?

Yes, just put it in a subdirectory of your existing domain.
