What version of 68 Classifieds are you running?
Example: V4.1.6 Developer

What template are you using?
Fluid

Please describe in detail the issue you are having:

I have recently updated to v.4.6. but when try to modify an ad in the administration area the system
apparently saves the changes but not. It doesn't change anything.

Someone know why? This is second time I do using different subdomains.

FTP corruption is a common issue. Try uploading your administration folder again.

Because I've changed some tpls, just I uploaded the log files and the setup folder to upgrade in a test environment. Until now the user interface works fine, but the administration area not. However i uploaded the the administration folder, but still I have the problem.

Can you write the steps you are taking so I can try and recreate this?

thanks Eric,

Just I uploaded the log files, plus the setup folder and upgraded the system to V.4.6, everything works fine except when I try to modify the ads in the administration area.

You are not running 4.1.6 according to your admin panel. It is still saying 4.1.4.

Nonetheless I just logged into your admin control panel and happily changed one of your adverts without issue (title and a content change).

I put a * at the end of the title and a * at the beginning of the description. See if you can take them out.

Delete the contents of your templates_c folder and, your browser cache and your cookies.

sorry seymourjames I didn't send you the right link and you're right it still is 4.1.4 . You got the main site, you need go to the subdomain "text.mysite.ca" (this is test environment).

I found the problem. The problem is the listings.php. I uploaded the old listings.php and the administration now is working fine. I mean I found the file where the problem is, but I don't know what is exactly the problem inside.
