Default Javascript conflict on Viewlisting.php

What version of 68 Classifieds are you running?
4.16 Developer

What template are you using?
Custom

Please describe in detail the issue you are having:
Hi,
I am upgrading from v4.09 to v4.1 and everything seems fine except for making my template work on the viewlisting page. The menu will not work when on the viewlisting.php page and ie shows a javascript error (http://everythingsfree.org/image//im...2450droppy.jpg)
Code:
<script type='text/javascript' src='http://truckandmachinery.com.au/templates/default/js/jquery.droppy.js'></script>
<script type='text/javascript'>
  $(function() {
    $('#nav').droppy();
  });
</script>
I am guessing its a javascript conflict.
Any ideas? What has changed since 4.0x as far as javascript goes?
Cheers,
Nick
