Resolved early install probs NOW THIS!?

I was happily working on my site and after clicking on defauls template to edit it. I get this and cant go back to my admin or site:


Internal Server Error

funny thing is a friend had given me a perfectly working NULLED copy, but i decided to do the right thing and purchase it. but its not working correctly. aaargh!

and what version of the software is this? You have this posted in v4 forum.

How did you install it? Over the previous "NULL" copy or a clean/fresh install. Is your domain supportwebsite.com, as the error you posted suggests?

My frank advice to you is to quit with Godaddy and run with hostgator. If you are in business, a couple of dollars per month difference is just not worth the hassle. I am personally tired of having to get anything working for our customers with them at templatecodes.com . Just looking at the email address you post tells me it is them again. Every customer who has gone to hostgator has had no issues at all - works first time , great support.
