Hi,

Just trying to figure out the exact method to embed the code/url for an RSS feed of ads into the site & was hoping someone would be able to help.

I know the URL I need to use (http://www.yoursite.com/external.php?....... - changed to my domain name though) & what template I need to edit but I'm a bit lost as to how to actually get the feed to work. Obviously some other code or something needs to be placed around the URL to get it to display - I've tried a few things which haven't worked & am not sure what to try next!

Hopefully someone else knows

It sounds like you may have it backwards, unless I am misunderstanding your post. The external.php file is used as the link for other RSS enabled websites or RSS Readers to receive the listing ads from your site.
