browsing ads by states or towns

Hello everybody,

I would like to set up my web site as configured in Segundamano.es: anuncios clasificados para comprar y vender port�tiles, moviles, coches, pisos... that is to say, selecting first the state for exemple and once in the state where you are looking for something, browse the categories which will give you automaticly only ads from this State.

Is it possible?
