Smile Javascript Photo Display

I am running v4.1.3 Developer - "purple template"

I've searched and can't find an answer to this.

Is there a way to have the ad photos display in just a regular small popup window instead of the javascript window.

I've seen the photos pop up in a small window when I was looking to buy the program and can't remember which demo or actual site it was that I was checking out.

That was one of them. Do you have that available, and does it size itself according to the size of the photos, or do you tell it how big and where to open?

Does ANYONE know of a way to display the thumbnails that are listed in an ad, other than by using Javascript?

I dont have specifics, but if I remember correctly the class of the current anchor is what triggers thickbox. Get rid of the class and maybe the "rel" in the current link created in viewlistings.tpl and it should just open the image without the js.

Thumbs up

Thank you Larry. That did it. Finally, we can view the thumbnails WITHOUT ANY ERRORS. Now all we have to do is tell the link to open in a new small centered window instead of in the same window and full screen. I know this doesn't give our visitors the ability to switch between pictures like the javascript does, but IT WORKS, and it works on all our PC's, and all the versions of IE from 6 to 8, Firefox, Chrome, Safari and it even works on that bad idea they call Vista.

Thanks again Larry, and thanks also for the YouTube Module, it works great.

just add

target="_blank"

to the anchor link to get it to open in a new window.
