Question Change Title Field

Hi, I want to change the name of the Title field on Step 3 (4.0.9). I understood this was in English.php. When I change it nothing happens. I also cleared the cache. Thanks.

Assuming that you are using English as your language, you changed the define for LANG_TITLE, correct?

When you say that you emptied the cache, are you referring to your browser's cache? Did you try emptying your templates_c folder?

There are only 4 items that can cause the display of the title field in this case:

step3.tpl <-- Uses smarty to call the LANG_TITLE define in your language file (unless this has been modified)
english.php (or whatever language file you are using) <-- from template LANG_TITLE
template_c <-- folder on your server that stores a cache of rendered pages
browser cache

So the logical conclusion if you are still having this issue is that either you did not change the correct define in the language file, you have modified it in your step3.tpl template file directly or it is in your browser's cache.
