Default Extra Fields Showing Up On Search Page

I created 6 extra fields that apply to all categories. I have made them all "searchable" but they are not showing up on the search page? Are they supposed to? It would seem logical that they should. Or do I need to do something to the search template file?

Thanks!

They will not show up until you chose a category. Since every category can have a different mix of extra fields the only way the software will know which ones to display is if you chose a ctegory you want to search in.

Ah, I see. That makes sense. How do I get them to show up when "Search All" is selected in Categories?

what numeric version of 68C are you running?

Devloper or designer edition?

What template are you using?
