Unhappy failed transfers

In filezilla I have 12 files under the failed transfers tab. They are all
from the folder ioncube. The reason given for the failed transfer is either
could not start transfer or timeout. The connection kept timing out over and
over and reconnecting itself. Why does it keep timing out? Any way to stop it
from doing that? It makes the upload process take longer.

Also how do I transfer the files that failed to upload to the ioncube
folder on the server? If I right click on them when I have the failed transfers
tab open there is an option to reset and requeue the selected files. Is that what i'm supposed to do?

What I would probably recommend since you really don't need all those files is to open yoursite.com/ioncube/ioncube-loader-helper.php and then see if it says "Installed" in green. If not click the run time loading link and it will tell you the file it needs.

Slecet the item in the status window below your file/folder list, right click it, reset its status and then right click again to process the queue and see if it goes through.

I went to that link and it says "An ionCube encoded file has been loaded successfully.Encoded files should now function correctly." Thanks.
