I Deleted Admin Account by mistake !!!

I deleted or deactive my admin account by mistake.

i cant enter admin panel , my password is correct but it says

I am sorry your username or password is incorrect. If you forgot your password please click here to generate a new one.

please help.

Register a new account. Then access your database using phpmyadmin or similar and edit the user database table and change the value for "level" for the newly created user to 1.

Yes, it seems everything is okey.

I added new user using phpmyadmin like this

One thing to take into consideration is that v4 now has a field "adminCapabilities" which is a serialized array of what the account can do in the administration.

You need to login to the administration and make sure you can visit all the pages.
