Default Image resizing module

Any one know of something that can be run from my site and re-size images directly on someones hard drive so that they can achieve an upload. As many of us know today's digital cameras produce images larger than our servers can handle ans do an auto re-size during a upload. I am looking for something a user can run from my site and re size their images directly on their machine, save them and then upload.
Thanks in advance
Greg

Thanks Ombre
I posted a link in my help section. Hopefully people will find it. Unfortunatly most don't even look in the help. They try to upload a huge modern digital camera image and the system just gives them an error so next thing they do is email me and complain that my system has a problem and will not let them upload an image. Perhaps if I can add a line of text next to the upload button with the max pixs wide and high it would help. I would have to say though that a good percentage of users do not have the tech knowledge to know what a pixal is let alone resize.

Its unfortunatle but the image size issue isnt the fault of 68C, its how much memory a web server is configured to allow a script to use. The only way to get around this would be to rent a dedicated server where you have full control over the config settings.
