help needed on my requirement

Hi friends,
following are my requirements
1.In Step 3 - Listing Details(in user check out process)
seller price is not collected ,user will be displayed the category he is advertising for confirmation in the place of price field,
1.1 Price is not displayed in listings ,category will be displayed in the place of price in listings
1.2 in modify ad page user will be able to change his category ,and no price field here too.

can any one guide me to achieve this?

in Listing Preview (usercheck out )also category user is advertising will be displyed for the confirmation ,

in all over the site i need category in place of price
