A couple of questions pls

hello, I have a couple of questions if you don't mind. Pls bear with me...

1. I noticed that the version it states I'm running is hosted, but I purchased the designer edition. Will it still say hosted?

2. In order to login I can't just go through the main site? www.mysite.com? I have to go to www.mysite.com/administration.php/login...etc?

Are you paying a monthly fee of $29.99 for the hosted version or did you pay $99 for the Designer version and download it?

If you're paying monthly you are on a hosted version. If you bought the Designer version and downloaded it and it says hosted, then you may need to open a ticket for support on that issue.

You can log in to the main site using your admin login, but you can't access the administration unless you go to the administration url.

Also, can I create an if statement in one of the templates to show a link to the admin login area via the regular site? If so, which template?

There is a bug with the latest release that incorrectly states you are running the Hosted edition when you are actually running Designer.

This should be fixed up in the next release and this is just text and not associated to any features of your site.
