Question Blank User Checkout Page

I am getting a blank page when I try and ad a listing. Please go to my site: http://www.discoverdaytonohio.com/cl...eds/index.html and click on Place an Ad. Select a category and click submit. The page goes blank. I checked my files and they seem to be in place.

I only have a free listing package with add ons for bold, featured, and highlight. All categories are highlighted in this package. This used to work just fine.

I recently upgraded to version 4.0.1. Any suggestions?

Used to work fine in V3 or it was working at one time in V4? Problems like this usually are because a file somewhere didnt get uploaded properly.

Lhotch,

That's what I was thinking and did notice some files in my ftp that had a 0 file size (an error during uploading). I re-uploaded those files.

Recently I upgraded from 4.0 to 4.01. I was getting an error because my hosting provider reset my site back one week because of my root directory program. You helped me get the site back to normal by uploading the full 4.01 and then running the upgrade script.

Should I overwrite the upgrade files and then run the upgrade script again?

You shouldnt need to run upgrade again but it would be a good idea to reupload the files.

Thanks again you have saved me much time. My filezilla is acting up sometimes not uploading properly.

There were many files that had a file size 0 but the one that was causing this issue was: templates>default>checkout>step2 was blank. Funny I found all the other checkout files but never thought to look in the templates>default folder for this file.

All is working and all files are now corrected. Once again thank you so much!!!
