Moderate Ads: For example, new ads are send to a moderation queue and will not appear until we approve. Moderate Users: New members are send to a moderation queue and will not be able to post ads until we approve. Or, able to post ads but the ads will not appear until we approve. ... like the moderation queue feature in vbulletin.
