Redirecting to Login page after Logging in

What version of 68 Classifieds are you running?
Example: V4.1.6 Designer
v4.1.3 Developer

What template are you using?
default

Please describe in detail the issue you are having:
I have the same issue as the other thread I pasted, however, I was given a zip file with this site and re-uploading that code doesn't change anything for me. Can somebody tell me exactly what gets corrupted that would cause this, so I can fix it manually?

Is this a new installation? did the install go smooth? Have you modified the template at all? Can you log into admin?

login and download the latest copy that fixes the issue
